My experience has been fine; I like the stay of it. It keeps my lips hydrated for about 5 hours in 1 go. I like the buttery soft texture it gives to my lips. I knew it is a trusted brand. What I dint like is its color, and that it is a little sticky because of the buttery effect, but it will work for the extreme dry lip also unlike the other normal lip balms, for applying at home this is one of the best products to regain the softness of your lips, as it hydrates them very deeply!
