Baby Dove Body Wash – Is it Worth Buying ?

Who is it for? Baby Dove Body Wash Is for babies obviously and for those who have sensitive skin and are looking for a nonfragranced yet gentle product.I bought it thinking it will smell like the typical baby washes, but that is not the case.

Baby Dove Body Wash

Rs 195 for 200 ml

How to use:

Simply wet baby’s hair and skin with warm water and wash gently with your hands or a washcloth. Follow with Baby Dove Rich Moisture Lotion to help keep skin moisturized for up to 24 hours.

Any Sensitivity Alert?

No issue. This is mild and suitable for sensitive skin too.

My experience with Baby Dove Body Wash

Packaging: Sturdy plastic bottle with pump dispenser. Not travel-friendly. But reusable.

Texture/ Consistency:  Transparent gel that is runny. It lathers well.

Fragrance: If you are looking for that typical Johnsons baby kind of fragrance you will be disappointed. It does not have any fragrance as such.

Moisturization: Unfortunately the product is not very moisturizing. You must follow it up with a moisturizer.

What did I like about it?

  • It is suitable for sensitive skin
  • Lathers well
  • Convenient packaging

What didn’t I like?

  • It is drying
  • Lack of fragrance of any kind

Would I recommend?

Not particularly. Had it been moisturizing I would definitely have recommended it!
