My Experience with Bharat & Dorris Cream Foundation

When I ordered this product off Nykaa, my sole reason to order was the reasonable price and the great reviews in the comment section. The shade I ordered was No.05/9-Ebony Medium 2.

This product comes in a cute little tub with a small black box packaging. When I first applied the product on my hands, the texture was quite creamy but a bit hard to blend. I used a concealer brush to apply this product on my face.

Now the one issue with this product is its blending power. It claims to blend easily with its soft texture but it does not. My advice to you at this point will be to use a small concealer brush to take out the product from the tiny tub and apply it on your face first and then blend it into your skin with a beauty blender.

Apart from that, I found no other significant issues with the product. Once it blends in, it covers all your blemishes with a flawless, everyday look finish. It’s easily a buildable foundation and does not make you look cakey.

The best part about this foundation for me is that it doubles as a foundation and a concealer. It comes in multiple shades that include green and red that can act as a color corrector as well! I absolutely love this product for its natural coverage and the glow that you instantly get after applying this product (as claimed by the company).

I wore this foundation to my college farewell and it stayed on my face all day long with just slight traces of oiliness on my face. The foundation sits matt which is a bonus for oily to combination skin types. I believe that dry skin types can also use this foundation if they apply good amounts of moisturizer and a suitable primer before applying this product.

As a beginner in applying makeup, this product lived up to my expectations. I can proudly say that my makeup on the farewell was the best of all, natural and inexpensive since I didn’t have to splurge money in the parlor as well.

At the price this product has to offer, you cannot get anything as amazing as this product in the market!

1. ·         Does not blend easily with hand or a brush

YES! I would recommend this product to all of you people out there. It is an inexpensive product so there’s no harm it trying out! I bet you’ll love it! 🙂
