200 ml frozen and thawed milk of choice
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon coffee…just for the wakeup kick
1/2 teaspoon good quality coco powder – who does not like chocolate 😛 #justbecause
1 tablespoon organic chia seeds
1 teaspoon peanut butter (Its weekend peeps..just make the home made version 😉 Recipe HERE
1 scoop vanilla ensure (optional )
