Hi girls! So, today I shopped quiet a different type of a lipstick which cannot be called glossy but also can’t be called a complete Matte lipstick.

So, this product is for those who like the mid tone i.e. not those cracky lips with complete liquid matte lipstick.

The Product name is COLORBAR DEEP MATTE LIP CREME and since, Peach is that one colour which spell bounds all girls towards it and so it has spell bounded me as well as I am in deeply, madly, freakily in love with this colour so much that I am afraid if one day I reach college end up wearing peach from Head to Toe and hence be identified as “peach lover” from then!!!

Well! Jokes apart this deep brush colour of deep matte lip crème that I own is one of a kind and gives a very Fresh, young and lively look.

WHAT IS IT AND WHO IS IT FOR?

 

 

As I have already mentioned above, this is the best product for those woman who do not prefer too matte a lipstick which literally cracks your lips and want a hydrating lipstick on their lips.

It comes in liquid crème base which has a highly creamy texture. However am disappointed with this product with the following few things;

1. In its name itself, it claims to have “Deep matte” which it doesn’t justify so; I would call it SHEEN instead of MATTE.
2. Secondly, as it comes in liquid crème texture which smoothly applies and claims to dry and transform into deep matte so, the process of drying up even one single layer of this takes at least 10 minutes and those are counted grand 10 minutes of your life!!!

Otherwise, for ladies who actually want something like this then, this product is exactly what you are looking for.

It goes perfectly with working women because of its long lasting quality. It is daily wear as specifically mine is that shade which you may wear in college, in a day party and even night party with Smoky eyes and Peach blush.

Rest is, it is transferable so you have to re-apply it after every meal.

WHAT DOES THE BRAND CLAIM?

 

An ultra-silky, virtually “weightless” texture that unveils unexpected mousy finish with impeccable high pigmentation colour for high coverage effect.

These innovative combinations of ingredients give the formula special gliding consistency to coat lips with deep colours that have a matte, yet intensely bright effect.

According to my experience with the product the claims which are justified with the product are:-

1. Weightless texture
2. Moussy finish
3. High pigmentation
4. Intensly bright effect

But the value or money is totally unjustified where it comes to matteness!!

 

 

HOW TO USE?

 

Although, the dove shaped brush helps glide it on your lips smoothly nevertheless, one has to make sure that the least amount of lipstick is to be applied firstly, to form a thin layer which dries out quickly and secondly, to make sure that the lipstick doesn’t look over-worn on lips.

So, what I do for a quick and adequate application is , I dab the least quantity of it over my lips, then glide it all over with the wand given with the lipstick or preferably with the brush and there you go girl!!!

 

 

 

My Experience with Colorbar Deep Matte Lip CrèmeDeep Blush 008

Although, I am more towards 100% MATTE Shades yet this one is one I would like to go with my Daily wear makeup especially because of its high pigmentation, long lasting and hydrating effect.My Personal advices to application of this product is apply just one thin coat first and let it dry and then further apply another coat just to get a perfect finish and coverage to your lips.

 

Overall, it is a ‘must have’ lipstick for your daily wear if you belong to such taste as mentioned above.

PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION: – Trace your lips over a tissue paper before leaving home for a perfect look with this lipstick and this is my personal trick to make any lipstick MATTE 😉

Again would like to repeat the fact that I am more towards MATTE so, I would just be happy with this one for me but I definitely recommend it for those girls who love to have their lips non-glossy yet moisturised and trust me in that aspect nothing can beat COLORBAR DEEP MATTE LIP CRÈME.
