Colorbar I Glide Eye Pencil; Does every girl not want that perfect eyeliner / kohl? Actually that alone can make such a huge difference to our looks, don’t you think? Even if you are not comfortable putting up lipsticks, heavy foundations etc…just add a pop of color or define your eye with a kohl. Beauty nirvana in seconds 🙂

Colorbar I glide eyepencil review and swatches 1

I have tried a lot many types of eyeliner, but today I am coming with the review of a range of lines, which I have grown fond of. Read more about them! I have reviewed and swatched 14/15 Colorbar I Glide Eye Pencils  😉

Price:

Rs 499

How to Use:

Close one eye. Place the tip of the pencil at upper-inner corner of your eyelid. Moving the pencil outwards, draw a line as close to the lash line as possible and trace the lash line. Keep it thick or thin depending on the look you want to achieve.

My Experience with Colorbar I Glide Eye Pencils

These liners come in a sharpen-able pencil. The texture of these pencils is a winner.

Simply put, they are buttery soft and give intense payoff. Their pigmentation is spot on and they smudge beautifully before setting. You see those Makeup hacks in which the girl creates a smoky eye using eyeliner? Well these are utterly perfect for that! They blend like a dream and double up as your eye shadows.

The color selection is pretty decent and there is a color for everyone. I will not say that all of them are awesome…but they come pretty close.

Here are the Colors that I have swatched for you:

# Golden Glam: A dull toned gold

# Amethyst Spark:  A shimmery smoky dark purple-I think this one is a must buy

# Peacock Throne: A bright glittering green

#Electra:  A dark teal- ly navy blue

Positives
  1. Very Creamy
  2. Richly pigmented
  3. Blend like a dream
  4. Double up as eye shadows
  5. Decent staying power
  6. Easily Available
Negatives
  1. Pricey
  2. Use a primer if using as an Eyeshadow to avoid creasing.
Overall Would I repurchase and recommend?

I am recommending these. A pretty nice quality of creaminess and color payoff. They are half the price of a high end eye liner that really disappointed me. Go to a store and give them a try 😉

Hi,
Thanks for the swatches. I have never heard of this brand, but from your review, I want to try some of them.

I am looking for the colorbar i-glide eye pencil in emerald charm, blackout & coalmine.

I also like the jaded. Where can I get them in the US?
