In the world of expensive hand creams, Himalaya has come out with an affordable hand cream-Himalaya Age Defying Hand Cream. Though Himalaya face products haven’t exactly always wowed me but for the price and quantity that I was getting for this hand cream, I decided that it couldn’t be such a bad buy afterall. Let’s see if I underestimated the hand cream for good or not.

My Experience With Himalaya Age Defying Hand Cream
Packaging- The cream comes In a nice bulky tube with a flip top cover that shuts nicely. As compared to the small miniature hand creams this one is bulky to be carried around daily in the purse.
Texture and Consistency- The cream is pearly white in color with a slight sheen to it too. The consistency is medium.
Fragrance-A very earthly herbal fragrance that won’t bothers you much. I think the fragrance is pleasant enough.
Experience- All one needs is a nice coin sized amount to slather on both hands and a lot of rubbing isn’t necessary. The formula isn’t oily at all. The last thing you need from a hand cream is leaving fingerprints all over the place. This one gets absorbed and doesn’t feel heavy on application. The lightweight texture is great and it has crossed a big milestone for a hand cream here. Now if I talk about the moisturization then I would say it works for a couple of hours and if you decide to wash your hands even with water it won’t really be there anymore so low staying power. You need more applications with this product but that’s okay for me at this price. A couple of reapplications doesn’t hurt. The formula is best for people who don’t have very cracked or dry hands because the hydration provided by this cream is medium. It’s a good everyday hand cream for people who already have Not So Dry hands.
