- Boiling – bring the jackfruit seeds to boil with a little water over the seeds. They will take 30 minutes or so to get boiled. And then let them cool down. Peel the outer layer and consume them.
- Baking – Spread the jackfruit seeds on a baking tray and bake them on 400 degrees. Bake them for 20 minutes and then take out the baking sheet and then allow the seeds to cool down. Consume them after removing the outer skin.

Jackfruit seeds do not have anything to do with miscarriage and thus it can be consumed by pregnant women as well. There is no scientific evidence which points out that jackfruit seeds should not be consumed by pregnant ladies.
