The brand claims the nail paints to be available in all vibrant, funky, subtle as well as glittery shades. The brand claims the nail paints to be light in texture and are not heavy but are of the accurate consistency and glides over your nails easily without any mess.  The brand also claims the nail paints to be based on a q quick dry formula and it also claims that they do not turn your nails yellow or lead to any chipping of nails and give your nails a smooth, glossy, velvety and fun look. 🙂

How to use:

The nails paints come in a transparent glass bottle which is cylindrical in shape and the cap of the nail paint is black in color. The bottle bears the brand name and shade along with the number.the packaging is simple and compact.

To apply the nail paints all you need to do is that twist open the nail paint bottle and apply the nail paint with the help of the inbuilt applicator brush over your nails. You can apply 1-2 coats as you wish. And once done close the bottle tightly and wait till the nail paint dries. 🙂

My experience with Maybelline Nail Polish

I am not into all the nail art and blingy nail paint stuff and I prefer sticking to basics when it comes to nail paints, but I do occasionally like to put some color on my nails for that instant pop as it brightens and adds color to my nails making them look beautiful. Also, I am someone who does not like to buy expensive products when it comes to nail paints and I am glad Maybelline has this range which is easy on the pocket and also suits my purpose.

 I have 6 shades from this range:

Kiss Me Pink (003)

 This shade is nice magenta pink shade, which has a glossy/shiny finish and a smooth texture. It is a good shade which can be paired up with both Indian as well as western dresses. This shade has a color that adds a nice glossy finished pop to your nails. Also, the nail paint is thin texture so applying two coats would give you a nice color. It is not a very bright color and is more on the subtle side. So if you like your nail paints in more of pink shades then this shade and the color show nail paint collection is definitely for you!

Hooked on pink (212)

 This shade is such a funky and sporty pink color, that whenever I apply this shade, it just makes me happy. It’s a sober, bright shade that uplifts my spirits! So girls beat the blues with this funky pink shade which adds the right amount of pop and color to your nails. Also its quick dry and finish are smooth and glossy. This shade is ideal for college purpose or even you casual chilling scenes.

Lavender lies (217)

 This shade is a beautiful and light mauve shade. It’s a beautiful lavender shade which would ideally go well with whites and mauves and even light pinks. This can be clubbed with any of your traditional or western attire. It is a beautiful and a vibrant shade which is eye-catching and very summery.

Pink champagne (607)

 This shade is a glittery shade and minds you it’s not blingy but rather a sober one. I was actually surprised by this shade and it totally impressed me. It’s a subtle shade which has glitter in it and as they say, a little bit of glitter never hurts anyone. One of personal shade for rocking and complimenting my traditional outfits where you do need gold with a hint of glitter I would always pick this shade. So this is a highly recommended shade which has light pink and gold undertones. It’s a shade worth having.

Flash of coral (705)

 This shade is peachy orange shade, ideal for college wear girls or for girls who like to experiment with different kind of shades. I rarely use this one but it a nice bright and vibrant shade and if you are trying a shade like that for the first time then go for this one as its cheap and affordable and you won’t regret investing your money.

Power of red (708)

Finally coming to my all time and evergreen favorite shade, RED. This shade is so beautiful and I absolutely love this one. Having red nail paint is a must for every girl and I would highly recommend you to go and try this shade. It won’t disappoint you at all. It just glides smoothly over your nails giving you perfect and glossy looking red nail.

I absolutely love these nail paints. The range has so many colors to offer and choose from and that too at such reasonable rates.  These shades are worth checking out and trying once and I am sure all you girls can and will be able to spot the shade you love.
