My experience with Nykaa Blendmaster Silicone Sponge
Packaging
It comes in a cute rectangular shaped paper box.
Type of product
It is made of silicone and it is soft, bends easily, helps blend product easily. It is hygienic and easy to clean.
Experience
I usually used brushes or bare fingers to apply foundation and it just seemed average. This silicone sponge is a good product because it saves lots of product and gives full coverage and it is very easy to clean. You will of course need time to get used to applying foundation with a silicone sponge but it saves you lots of hassles. It is soft and bouncy, it reaches the difficult corners of the face and doesn’t absorb any product.

Nice review Smriti :love :rose:
I am planning to get a silicone sponge. This one seems promising.. Does this sponge give similar finish like a beauty blender type sponge?
Thanks Sreeparna. No it doesn’t give a beauty blender like finish. After using this sponge, you may have to tap your skin to help it absorb the product well.
Really nice review! I had always been curious about this product.
What would you suggest for a beginner – a beauty blender or a silicon sponge or brushes to start with???
Hey Alishba..Thank you so much… I would say, start with the good old brush. They will help you learn strokes and then after you get comfortable with it, you can choose between beauty blender and silicone sponge..
This looks super attractive. A very helpful and nicely reviewed article. :rose:
Thank you so much Rupa..
