As we age, the amount of production of these two proteins starts getting diminished, this in turn causes loose and saggy skin, wrinkles, fine lines and various other signs of ageing.

Massage is one of the easiest ways to tighten your loose skin. Although not instantaneous, it can provide amazing results in long run. Coconut Oil and Olive Oil are your best friends if you want to take this route to a tighter skin!

If you have a wedding or a party to attend, and you want something that will show you results instantly but will last for a short amount of time, masking is the way to go about it. Use a mask which dries on your skin as it will give you the best results. Any kind of mask, suiting your skin type can be used. (Pro Tip – DO NOT speak or do any kind of facial movements while you have your mask on. This will lead to wrinkles and fine lines.)

Just like Massage, this too will show its effect in the long run. Scrubbing can help clean your pores and remove any dead skin cells from your face and body. This is a definitive YES for skin tightening.
