Please Drink More Water !!

As if, you had already not been direly warned before 😛 This is is , a gentle reminder : Please drink more water :)We do soooooo much for our skin. From homemade diys to everything that’s available in the market – we leave nothing to chance.But somewhere in the race we forget the basics!We have heard about the stuff that water can do for our skin and hair blah blah …agreed! But there are things beyond skin and hair that need to be checked.You need to take care of yourself and every beautiful part of your trophy body.

What you may have never realized is what a lot of scary things could actually happen to you when you don’t drink enough water.

Here goes to the scary part –

# Bad Mood

Have you been really grumpy lately that too for no reason.

Well the reason can be simple enough – lacks of water which can make you feel depressed, angry, confused and fatigued.

# Brain Shrink

Your brain is also made up of water and lack of water can actually cause your brain to shrink making you think harder for the same tasks and tire out your brain more.

Staying hydrated quickens your reflexes!

# Health Problems

You can say hello to diseases like kidney stones, heart attacks, colon cancer and a whole lot of others too.

# Slows Metabolism

Lack of water also slows down your metabolism the result being your body burns down calories at a much slower rate and you can gain weight too!

# Weight Gain

Not only does your metabolism slow down but also you tend to eat more.

If you drink a glass of water before meals you feel full and hence resort to less eating.

# Wrinkled and Old- Eeeeeeeep!

Here comes the scariest one.

No one wants to look old and wrinkled.

Water just fills up your fine lines, wrinkles making your skin look plump and refreshed and who doesn’t want that- we all do!

So go ahead and pick up a glass of water right now and spare your body the horror 🙂

I always make sure than I am drinking enough water..
The bad mood point is absolutely true for me!
Didn’t know insufficient amount of water might shrink the brain!!
