Burn Stomach Fat in a Week: Hey guys, are you also one of those people who have a stomach fat which makes their stomach look ugly.Yes, sometimes we get lazy and end up eating a lot because the food is love. This love for food makes our tummy goes out and we can easily see our stomach fat, which we don’t want.So, to get rid of the stomach fat, I have a homemade recipe for you guys to burn stomach fat.

Before the recipe, I want to mention that our stomach fat is nothing but the unburned calories of our body.I would not suggest controlling your diet or skip your meals only because you want not to show your belly out. This is not the solution actually.

I would suggest you guys eat healthily, don’t skip meals and it must be kept in mind that the fat which is created in our body should be burned. The easiest way to burn calories is to go for regular exercise and drink a lot of water.

The ingredients:
  1. 1 banana
  2. 1 orange
  3. 12 glass low-fat yogurt
  4. ¼ tbsp ginger paste
  5. Coconut water/oil
  6. 2 tbsp flax seeds

Mix all the above ingredients in a jar and you are good to go.

This recipe is so easy to make that you can make it anytime in a day. Drinking it in the morning time would give best results.
