- 1 orange
- 1⁄2 glass low-fat yogurt
- ¼ tbsp ginger paste
- Coconut water/oil
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
Procedure:
Mix all the above ingredients in a jar and you are good to go.
This recipe is so easy to make that you can make it anytime in a day. Drinking it in the morning time would give best results.
You can definitely add or skip any ingredient according to your personal preferences.
