The serum comes in a plastic bottle with a screw cap. I don’t know if I got a defective one or not, but the serum leaks from the bottle a lot. It is always in bad shape. The serum has tonic like consistency just like water but in brown color. It smells pretty ayurvedic and therapeutic to me. I used this product for one and a half months now and I have reached an opinion.

I applied the product as required every single day and it gets absorbed very easily. Very less product is required to massage the scalp. Even if you go overboard, it never looks greasy which is such a huge plus. The serum definitely lessens the severity of hair fall for me. I used this despite no hair fall to test regrowth claims on my crown. I have seen reviews that hair grows with this but in their fourth or fifth bottle so needless to say, It didn’t show any effect on my crown since I am on my first one. I like this product to lessen hair fall and will continue to use it on my scalp for hair regrowth.
