The brand says “introducing the color richer le matte, the newest format in lip color that comes with an amazing velvety matte texture and is rich in color. The sleek, sophisticated and precise pen tip of the lipstick offers a highly pigmented color that glides on effortlessly in one precise stroke. Use it anywhere, anytime, it is the newest make-up designer must-have. No sharpener needed. Packaging

The packaging is something that I am impressed with. The shade is clearly shown in the body of the packaging. Upon opening the cap and twisting the bottom part, the product is revealed.

Texture

It has a smooth, velvety texture that glides like butter on the lips

Shades

It comes in 5 subtle, matte shades that can be used during any and every kind of occasion. The shades range from mauves to pinks to nudes to oranges.

How to use

Start applying from the center of your upper lip. Work from the center of the lips towards the outer edge of the lips following the contour of the mouth. Then glide this across the entire bottom lip.

It doesn’t have any kinds of fragrance

My first experience

I love matte lipsticks. I recently came across the color riche le matte lipsticks and I was eager to try it owing to its unique name “le matte”. It comes in 5 really pretty shades which can be used for any occasion and you will love it. These shades don’t feather out and don’t bleed. They are true mattes and glide like velvet on the skin and are smudge proof. They are travel-friendly and are pretty affordable as well. It stays for a good 5 to 6 hours even after light meals and drinks. The best part is these shades are so subtle and pretty, they can be used as eyeshadows and even blushers and them pay-off so well. If applied properly, the lines on the lips don’t show up and also, it doesn’t dry out the lips. In all, this is a great product and I loved it. I will definitely purchase at least one shade in this range.

Would I purchase or recommend?

I loved the feel and texture of the product and would definitely love to purchase at least one shade from this range. It is not drying and is a true matte range and stays for a good 5 to 6 hours and the price is pretty fine and sometimes, it is on offer as well. I definitely recommend this product to people who are in search of matte and subtle shades of lipsticks.
