My experience with Lotus Basiltone
Packaging-
The packaging is quite good and very attractive. It comes in a transparent plastic bottle which bears the name of the brand and all the details of the product. The cap of this bottle is tight enough which is a plus point. And it comes out with the help of a spray mechanism.
Texture and shade-
The texture of this Basiltone is like water. It is very smooth in application. You just need to take a cotton ball to apply few sprays of Basiltone and wipe it on your skin (face and neck). The colour of this Basiltone is green which I think it shouldn’t have been.
Fragrance-
The fragrance was a nightmare for me, it smells really bad. And it does not fades easily, it sticks up with you for more than 5-10 minutes.
Lotus Herbals is a good and trusted brand and this Basiltone is very effective. I use it for removing my makeup and I use it on a daily basis. The fragrance is really disappointing which was a let-down for me. This Basiltone gives a very slightly oily effect on the skin after usage, which I personally don’t like, as I already have oily skin. But yes it is good for the dry skin people.

Why didn’t I like it?
- Overpriced
- Slightly Oily
- Spray mechanism gives too much of rose-tone in one go

- The fragrance is not good
Would I recommend it?
NO, I would definitely not recommend it. Lotus Herbals Basiltone is not worth a buy just because it is having a really intolerable smell. Other variants are good.
