My Experience with MAC Cleanse Off Oil
The consistency is like that of slightly thick oil. It is very very effective as a makeup remover. Gently massage over makeup. Let it sit for 2 minutes and then wipe off.95% of the most stubborn makeup will come off this way.

There is a huge issue though. Using this product gives me a terrible rash. I get a burning sensation whenever I use it as if the skin got scraped.
I am not saying that all of you will face this problem, but this product is not cheap. I will definitely not recommend this unless you have done a patch test. Even then, micellar waters are equally effective and better for sensitive skin.
