My Experience with Ayush Anti Marks Turmeric Face Cream

Packaging- This cream comes in a white matte plastic tube with the screw-open system. The tube has been packed within a yellow cardboard outer carton. Both the carton and the tube mention all the informative details. Even if you lose the outer box, you would not be missing anything. Overall the packaging is quite hygienic, sturdy and travel-friendly. The eye-soothing muted yellow label graphics add some kudos to the packaging.

Colour & Texture- This face cream looks the palest yellow (almost white) in color. Its consistency is not too thick but not runny either. The formula is very light. Once you blend it into the skin, the product gets absorbed in seconds and gives you a completely matte finish.

Fragrance- This cream has nice and long staying incensed stick kind of fragrance. The smell of this cream is very similar to the Turmeric Face Wash from the same brand. The smell stays on for at least an hour in this dry weather. The smell seems to be artificial yet I have become a fan of it!

Experience- I am using this cream along with the face wash from the same Turmeric range. This is a mattifying face wash so it alone is not being able to satiate my skin’s moisture needs in this winter. So, I use this one immediately after my cleansing and toning ritual. After this one gets absorbed I continue with the rest of my skincare like moisturizer, eye cream etc. In summer it would have been enough for my oily skin and I would not need the extra care of moisturizer. The use of eye cream would, however, be same! Consistency wise this cream is very similar to Vicco Turmeric cream and Himalaya Acne-n-Pimple cream. So, the oily skin beauties will get the best of it. Regarding the marks reduction matter, all I can say is, this cream is effective but shows results very very slow. In 3 weeks of usage, it only reduces just a tiny bit of dark marks; lots of marks are still remaining. This cream did not give me pimples. The pack does not mention anything about the base products of this cream so I could not check out if there is some pore-clogging ingredient.

Ayush Anti Marks Turmeric Face Cream Review 6

  1. Mattifying face cream
  2. Smells really good
  3. Does not leave behind white cast
  4. Does not irritate active pimples

Would I Repurchase or Recommend?

I would like to repurchase this cream only in the summer when I am in need of some mattifying moisturizer. I would recommend this to only oily skinned beauties. If you are a Vicco Turmeric lover then check this one out for sure!
