It does not give you the proper matte look but reaches somewhere near to it once properly settled. The best part about Elle 18 Colour pops range is it comes at a highly affordable price with really good outcomes. You can easily buy 5 shades at a time adding some amazing colors to your collection and still won’t find it heavy on the pocket. The lipstick carries the moisturizing texture which is good for dry lips and also helps the lipstick to settle down well. But still, you should check that your lips do not have cramps on it before applying such dark colors because at times it highlights patches.
