My Experience With The L.A Colors Pout Matte Lip Gloss Sweet Lips:

Starting with packaging these come in very cute little short tubes which make them very travel-friendly. The top of the tube is black and the bottom is transparent so you can easily make out the shade from your lipstick stash. It has the same old doe foot applicator but a shorter version of that which I think is good as it helps in precise application of the product.

Now heading over to the pigmentation, these are insanely pigmented like just one layer is enough to give you opaque finish.  The shade sweet lips is a dark magenta kinda plumish color but because of being so highly pigmented these tend to end up looking streaky and uneven on the lips. These are a bit patchy too.

Texture wise these have a creamy mousse like texture. When applied they look glossy but they dry down completely matte. Once dry these do not transfer at all and taking them off is a pain, I have to use baby oil to take these off my lips. Even though the shade is so pretty plum shade, these are so horrible that I just can’t work with them at all.

The staying power of these are very good, they stay for about 4 to 5 hours on your lips after which they tend to fade away from the center of your lips so touch-ups are needed.

To sum up I do not like these even a little bit as using this is like putting my lips through hell. Buying this was money down the drain for me.

No, I don’t recommend using these and I have tried one shade and I am damn sure I don’t want to try anymore.
