Hi, people! I am back with a review on Lakme RM14 Enrich Matte Lipstick for today! Lakme has launched this time a budget-friendly lipstick, in a pretty shade, with no shimmer, just matte! For all the ladies who do not prefer shimmer in red, prefer this one to apply.

Basic Info about Lakme RM14 Enrich Matte Lipstick

Details about the product:

• Good pigmentation
• Bright red shade
• moisturizing and non-drying
• Not very long lasting

The lipstick comes with a soft and smooth texture. Though doesn’t survive much on parched lips, it seeps into the breaks of the lips with left dry. You can always apply some Vaseline before you apply such kind of lipsticks to put your lips moisture and let the color stay on your lips for long.

Price- This can cost you at Rs. 295.

Weight- 4.7 grams is the weight of the product.

Staying power- stays up to 4 to 5 hours. This smudges after a meal from the sides and thus I recommend it be applied along with a lip liner. It is moisturizing and doesn’t feel heavy on lips.

Packaging- the product comes in the general Lakme packaging type. It has silver coated cardboard box and the lipstick inside comes with a transparent cap. As usual, the shade of the lipstick is written at the bottom.

How to apply-

The lipstick is seen to be creamy and thus glides effortlessly on lips. You need to put 2-3 coats to apply the proper color. Open the cap and twist the bottom part of the lipstick. The mass emerges out and then apply. The lipstick closes with a click on the cap of the lipstick.

My experience with Lakme RM14 Enrich Matte Lipstick

It is bright red shade with the pop up attractive look. It is perfect bridal shade, very suitable to be applied to marriages. It can also be applied to general parties and official meetings. It has a nice matte finish. If you apply the lipstick without any moisturizer, then make a note that your lips will turn dry and the stains are difficult to remove.

The lipstick contains olive extracts that replenish your lips while hydrating them. It has a smooth texture and is very comfortable to apply. The brand claims that this lipstick contains vitamin E which nourishes your lips and makes them soft and supple.

Overall Performance of Lakme RM14 Enrich Matte Lipstick

PROS-

• Mentionable sexy color for your lip
• Gives out perfect pout for your picture
• Perfect with any foundation shade
• High pigmentation

CONS-

• Any red is difficult to remove. Similarly, this one also should be washed twice to thrice or removed with make-up remover liquid.

Overall performance of the product-

It has a creamy matte structure and Lakme has launched 20 new shades of these for the perfect picks matching one’s taste. It has a high delivery that gives you fairly lasting color. It perfectly suits fair skin tones and also proves a good pick for the medium toned skin. These shades are also available in a palette.

Gives glamor to your face and hides pigmentation as well. I do not apply it often since I see my lips drying up. But, in daily application case, one coat is enough to retain the lip color and even if it fades away, leaves a tinge of color on your lips without making them look completely colorless.

Would I recommend?

I give a 4-star rating to the product. But when applied with moisturizer and a lip liner, it’s beyond the five-star rating! Apply just one coat and you are set to go and snatch the spotlight.  What are you waiting for? Go and try on one!
