My experience with Nature’s Essence Neem and Aloe vera Moisturizing Lotion
When I bought this product I was just going through the cosmetic section in a shop and saw this little transparent plastic tube with green graphics. I find it attractive. Hence, the first impression of this product on me was great.
What I felt after using the product?
To be honest I didn’t think highly of this product before buying. I was impressed just by its looks. But when I first applied it on my face, hands and neck area I got such a strong smell from this lotion that was sweet initially only. Later on, it became weird. The lotion is light green in color. In application, it is non-sticky and smooth. It is light on the skin. When applied it leaves the skin soft and supple instantaneously. It will keep your skin moisturized for hours and won’t dry even after that. The smell is also long lasting and won’t go even after 1-2 hours. If you like strong smelling lotions then this one is for you.
In totality what I liked about this product is that it keeps the skin hydrated for hours and won’t dry it. It leaves the skin smooth and supple. My skin used to get dry in winters. So during the entire winter season, I applied this moisturizer only. It became the best friend of my skin. Some of the positives of this product are:
- Inexpensive i.e. budget friendly
- Leaves the skin smooth
- Non sticky
- Easy to carry in the bag i.e. handy
- Keeps the skin hydrated for hours
- Contains neem which is antiseptic
- Worth the money
What I didn’t like about this lotion is its strong weird smell. The smell is so strong that after some time you may switch to some other product with the similar properties. Another thing missing from this product apart from fragrance is SPF. Some SPF should have been there which would protect us from the harmful UV rays of the sun and encourage us to use this product even during summers. Since we know how much harmful sun’s rays are.
Would I recommend?
Yes, I would recommend this product to everyone who wants to escape the clutches of a fair amount of dryness in the skin and is looking for an inexpensive product with good hydrating quality. It will easily smooth your skin and keep it supple. But I won’t recommend this lotion if your skin is too dry as it is not a deep moisturizer. Also, I won’t recommend this lotion to someone who is too much into good smelling products.
