Who is it for? Nivea Whitening Deodorant Fruity Touch is for those looking for a fruity whitening deo.

Packaging:

Sturdy travel friendly packaging deodorant. Might lose the cap easily. I have lost it a couple of times in these two years, hmm my bad :/

Price: Rs. 190 for 150 ml [Quite affordable, lasts for a month if used daily once]

 

Directions to use:

Shake well before use. Hold the can 15 cm away and spray directly on underarms skin.

My Experience with Nivea Whitening Deodorant Fruity Touch

Texture:

When you use this spray if forms a layer of fine white powder. Whitening deos contain micro powder. It is obsorbed by your skin within 10 minutes. This keeps your skin smooth and moisturized.

Performance:

It acts as an anti-perspirant However, if you do some regorous phisical activity like play sports, workout then this does not help you.

Advice: Do not use any anti perspirant while doing some physical activity, you should allow your body to release the heat and cool down by sweating.

Lasting Power:

It only lasts for 6-8 hours, surely not for 48 hours as claimed.

Whitening Properties:

My underarms are never dark or pigmented, still I assure you I have seen a change in the skin tone after using the whitening deos. I started noticing results after 3 months, nothing drastic but still skin tone of my underarms was getting better. If you have very dark and pigmented underarm skin, it’s always better to consult a dermatologist. I don’t think this deo will work wonders for them.

Fragrance:

This deo has a typical feminie fruity punch. It’s mild and pleasant.

Senstivity:

I have been using these whitening deo for almost 2 years now and I never faced any senstivity or irritation. They are very gentle on skin and they do not stain your clothes (y)

 

Pros:

1. No irritation, sooths skin
2. Doesn’t stain clothes
3. Pleasant mild fruity fragrance.
4. Sturdy packaging.
5. Reasonable price.

Cons:

1. It effectively works as an anti-perspirant for only 6-8 hours. Doesn’t last for 48 hours as claimed.
2. Slightly lightens your underarms gradually (do not expect miracles).

Would I recommend?

Yes, I will buy this again. Only thing is I keep trying all their new launches o_O. I love this range of Whitening Deos and I don’t think there is no stopping me from buying them again!
