My Experience with Forest Essentials Body Mist Jasmine and Saffron

The best thing about the product is that it natural and has no chemicals in it .so it protects the skin from harsh chemicals.

This product is a good blend of jasmine and saffron and has a pleasant fragrance which for me is a little strong. The body mist easily gets absorbed once sprayed and doesn’t leave any residue or form any layer on the skin.

The body mist is easy to carry as it is sleek and handy and is a very travel-friendly product.

This product is not a really long-lasting one and it would need to be reapplied frequently. So the brand claim in terms of its lasting power is not totally true as I had to reapply it a few times throughout the day.

Also in terms of price the quantity is very less, so it makes the product very expensive and not everyone would invest into such an expensive body mist and might opt for other available options as a body something one would need to use regularly.

I use it sometimes and alternate it with other body mists. The product is good in terms of fragrance and it a natural product but the price is something that not everyone would be willing to shell out from their pocket for a product that won’t last long.

The brand claims that the brand claims that these two ingredients are rich source of lipids, amino acids and vitamins and help in strengthening weak and fragile hair and curb hair fall. The brand claims the product to be paraben free and can be used daily.

How to use:

Apply shampoo onto wet hair, forming a rich lather. Once done wash off with normal water.

Remove excess water from hair and then apply conditioner onto the mid lengths and ends and let it stay for 3-4 minutes, and wash off with water.

Hairfall is such a common issue and to address that issue this product is quiet helpful.

To begin with, the shampoo and conditioner come in attractive bottles and the packaging is unique, all shampoos and conditioners from the ultra blends range bear a leaf mark on the opening of the bottle which is simple and makes them attractive and stand out from other products.

The shampoo and the conditioner have a mild and a very pleasant smell and that smell lingers on for a day or two, so your hair will smell good for a long time after using this.

As far as the effectiveness of the shampoo and conditioner in terms of reducing Hairfall and strengthening the hair is concerned, this shampoo does fairly take care of that issue. I could see the difference after 2^nd or 3 rd time of using this product that while shampooing the hair fall was less. And

The shampoo has a runny consistency and is liquidy but it does form a rich lather. On the other hand the conditioner has a good consistency and does provide adequate moisturization and conditioning to the hair. The conditioner is a must after shampooing so as to make sure your hair feels manageable and frizz free.

The shampoo and conditioner are effective in cleansing and conditioning the hair. My hair felt smooth and smelled good after using this product. These products do make your hair smooth and soft and the conditioner helps in controlling frizz.

So if regular/normal Hairfall is your concern then this shampoo would be able to address to that but if there’s a severe hair fall condition then this may not be a very good option.

The brand has 6 different shades within the fit me range. The brand claims the product to be a matte finish product which helps in giving you a clean and smooth base. Also the brand claims that the product blends with your natural skin tone giving it a natural and clean finish. The brand claims that the product mattifies and refines pores and is suitable for normal to oily skin types.

How to Use:

Apply a little quantity at a time and build up. If you apply way too much it will become cakey. The foundation comes in a glass bottle like container which is compact.

The bottle doesn’t come with any applicator or brush or pump. You just have to twist open the cap of the container and dab some foundation on your hand (be careful while doing that so that not too much of the product comes out) and apply in small and generous amount all over your face blending it well with your fingers or a beauty blender. Once done. Let it sit for a minute or two. And you’re ready to go.

Quick tip: use a good quality face primer before applying foundation. It would make it last longer and also keep it in place and prevent the foundation from falling off.

This product has been with me for almost 3-4 months now and I use it only when I have to attend functions or for some particular occasion. I don’t use it daily. As per my experience, this product has turned out to be a good product. Like every other girl who has never used foundation, I was also skeptical whether it will suit my skin tone and type or not. But this product this turned out to good and satisfying.

Since I have a fair complexion I took the shade 115 Ivory Ivoire and the product does stand true to the brands claim. It has a good coverage. It is a weightless product and doesn’t make your face look cakey. Also, it does blend well with the skin tone, making it look natural and clean.

So if you are looking for a good branded and a good quality foundation under or Rs. 500/- then you must try this foundation.

I would recommend using this cream when you have no other option available and want to get things done quickly. This cream doesn’t remove tanning which waxing removes. It is a good option if you are travelling as it is easy, handy and can be done by yourself.

So it’s a secondary option, if getting waxing done is not possible.

Overall it is a good product and is decently priced and does help in removing hair and giving you clean, soft and smooth looking legs and arms within 10 minutes. 🙂

And with that, I am going to tell you a quick day. It’s a face pack that you can make by yourself and not only is it inexpensive but is also free from any chemical or harmful product.

Since both the ingredients are natural and chemical free, this can be used by everyone including people who have oily/sensitive/ acne prone skin.

This is suitable for all skin types.

Benefits of Aloe Vera and rose water face pack:

Aloe Vera has been known for its skin benefit and medicinal properties for years. Aloe Vera gel is a magical gel and it not only soothes your skin but also helps in keeping your skin firm and tight and fights against aging. Also it helps in lightening acne scars and blemishes and helps you in giving a smooth and flawless skin.

Rose water has been an essential part of every woman’s skin care routine because it is a natural cleanser and a toner, which removes oil and dirt and also helps in closing and minimizing your pores as well toning your skin and giving you radiant and glowing skin.

What all do we need:

Aloe Vera Gel
You can either buy aloe Vera gel from FabIndia or natures essence as they have organic aloe Vera or if you are blessed with homegrown Aloe Vera, then nothing better than that.
I will be using fresh Aloe Vera gel extracted directly from the Aloe Vera plant.
Rosewater

I am using Fabindia’s rose water, as it a 100% plant based product.

Method/Application:

Take a generous amount of Aloe Vera gel in a bowl, but if you are using Aloe Vera gel from the Aloe Vera plant itself then all you need to do is cut a part of Aloe Vera from the plant and keep it a bowl and extract the gel out of it by cutting it into two halves and getting the gel out, it will be a transparent and very mild green in color but sticky in texture.

Now add some rose water to it and mix the two with the help of a spoon.

Once you mix the two ingredients, you will get a sticky paste.
Now apply this mix with the help of a brush or your fingers all over your face, gently massaging in circular motions for a minute or two.
Once done, let this paste sit on your face for about 15 minutes until its completely dry
As the paste will dry, you will the skin tightening.
Once dry, wash your face with cold water and pat dry.

You will have a fresh and radiant looking skin, if done regularly you will see your skin become hydrated, moisturized and acne scars disappearing.

I would recommend you to use this Aloe Vera gel and rose water mix daily, but since we all don’t have enough time to sit and pamper our skin daily because of our busy and fast moving lives I would still recommend and suggest you apply this mix at least twice a week and if you don’t give aloe Vera plant then the best option for you is to procure aloe Vera gel available in the market from organic and natural products based brands like FabIndia or khadi.

How to use:

The shampoo comes in an attractive plastic bottle which resembles to the shape of a regular beer bottle.

The shampoo is simple to use, just apply it on to wet hair forming lather and then rinse it with cold water.

My experience with Park Avenue Beer Shampoo:

This shampoo is my favorite product. Whenever I feel my hair looks dull and thin and whenever I need to add some instant shine and volume to my hair I use this shampoo. And it has never disappointed me. The texture of the product is good and thick and it evenly spreads onto the scalp and forms a nice rich lather and cleanses my hair leaving a sweet and soothing fragrance behind.

It does make my hair feel soft and shiny and voluminous. I usually don’t use a conditioner when I use this shampoo as it naturally softens and conditions my hair. But if you have dry hair and you use this shampoo make sure you use a gentle/mild conditioner. Also since it’s humid these days I would recommend people with normal hair texture to apply some mild conditioner as frizzy hair in monsoon is unavoidable and a very common problem. :/

This is a must have a product and is very reasonably priced and is very much affordable. I am absolutely happy with the results of this product. 🙂

I have been using this face wash for almost a month now. And I am absolutely in love with the product. In this humid and unpredictable weather, this product is actually a blessing for oily/acne prone skin. The gel based texture of the product is just perfect and is it removes oil and doesn’t over dry the skin.

It strikes a perfect balance and ever since I have started using this product I haven’t has a single break out and also my skin texture has improved. It does stand true to the brand’s claim and also it’s so very reasonable and effective. I absolutely love this product. It’s a must-have product.

My experience with Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner (01 Black)

I don’t really like gel eyeliner, because I think applying over your eyes is more difficult than applying the regular liquid eyeliner. But, this product to my surprise was not a very difficult one. The applicator of this eyeliner is good and well angled and the texture of the product is such that it simply and easily glides over my eyes without creating any mess or creases and gives me evenly lined eyes. For me this product has been a complete winner.

Also if you don’t want to invest in highly priced eyeliner and you are just a beginner as far as using eyeliners are concerned and want to try using gel eyeliner then you must buy this product. It is decently priced as compared to other gel eyeliners. I am sure you won’t be disappointed.
