Hey Guys!I’m back after a very long break. I’ve been crazy busy with the wedding season and so I couldn’t review any products. But now, I’m back. I have a lot of free time now so I’m going to do my best and review as many products as I can. During this season, there’s one particular product that I’ve loved. I picked it up quite a while ago on one of my shopping sprees and I don’t know why I haven’t spoken about it so far. So today, I’m going to give you’ll detail about the Ben Nye Luxury Powder | Starry Night.

My experience with Ben Nye Makeup Luxury Powder | Starry Night
The product comes in a plastic screw top jar with a transparent cover which makes it easy to see what the product looks like. I’ve dropped the product a couple of times but the packaging is quite sturdy so there’s been no damage. Starry Night is a lovely steel grey pigment with glitter in it. It works wonderfully well for a night out or to just add that pop of shimmer to a smokey eye. The texture of the product is very fine and feels very smooth on the skin. It’s so lightweight, you can barely tell that there’s a product applied. It glides onto the eye lids very easily. In fact, the Ben nye glitters are very similar to the MAC pigments. The pigmentation of the product is very intense, which is great. It can be applied directly to the skin. However, there will be slight fallout, so what I prefer doing is using a two-way eye gel first and then set the glitter over it. That way, the final look is much better too. Also, I do the eyes first, so even if there’s fallout, there’s no issue. The product is very long lasting and doesn’t fade off. I’ve used it on myself a couple of times and have also used it on clients. It has lasted right till I’ve used a makeup remover to take it off. The product though isn’t waterproof. If water is applied, the pigment doesn’t wash off, but the glitter does.
In terms of pricing, I would say it’s quite reasonable as the quality and quantity is great.
