My Experience with Colorbar Emphaseyes Eye Blending Brush

Packaging- This makeup brush comes in a black shiny plastic pouch. The front side of the pack is made of transparent plastic so that the product inside can be viewed without breaking the seal. The pack has been given a vacuum-reseal zipper to keep the brush secure in the pouch itself. The backside of the pack mentions all the required details starting from the uses to the washing instructions. I really like the reusable packaging. It is upper sturdy and user-friendly.

The outlook of the Brush- The brush is very smart looking. Its handle is made up of sturdy plastic of pure white color. The bristle holder is metallic and it is shiny black. The size of this brush is almost six inches including the bristles. It is neither too long nor too short. It fits easily into any standard makeup brush pouch and feels very convenient to hold.

Bristle Texture- The bristles of this brush are vibrant yellow colored. They are made up of synthetic fiber. So, it is completely cruelty-free. The bristles are very soft to touch; almost feather touch. It is able to capture enough amount of powder eye shadow for blending. It is a flat blending brush and it has tapered tip. The tapering helps to blend the eye shadow without harsh lines.

Experience- I have quite defined crease line plus I have quite a lot of lid space. So, this flat eye shadow blender works nicely for me. I can use it in 2-3 different angles. For crease, I keep the flat surface slightly slanted. When I am going under the crease, I use its flat surface. The tapering also helps in the blending process. I have created light eye looks to super intense smokey eyes. It felt equally good for every look I have tried with it. It is one of the must-have basic brushes in my vanity. I have washed it 4-5 times and thankfully not a single of its bristles fell off. After that many washes, the texture of the bristles have not degraded as well.

Thanks Smiti 🙂
This brush might not be good for monolid eyes but monolid eyes are interesting too. You can literally ‘draw’ crease wherever you like. Isn’t it fab!
