How to Use:

If you have oily skin, mix a teaspoonful with lemon/rosewater. For dry-combination skin, mix it with curd water. Use it twice a week for best results!

My Experience with Forest Essentials Facial Ubtan Narangi Nagkesar :

Packaging :

This ubtan comes in a classic luxurious tub. I love how classy the packaging looks! The ubtan comes with a wooden spoon. Those ways, it is hygienic to take out one spoonful of ubtan per use. I refrigerate my ubtan. Once you open the packaging of an ayurvedic product, it is always advised to keep it in a cool, dry place.

Texture:

The ubtan has a fine grainy texture. The grains are really very soft. They do not irritate the skin at all. It smells very lightly like dried orange skin to me.  I have oily skin. I mix one spoonful of ubtan, in rose water or lemon juice, depending on my mood or need. I make a slightly runny paste and apply it all over face and neck. The ubtan dries within 5-7 minutes. During this entire time, my skin absorbs the goodness of natural ingredients. Once dried, I moisten my hands and gently rub the ubtan off in a circular motion. It gives a beautifully light scrubbing action.

Effectiveness:

The ubtan gives a beautiful, radiant glow to the skin. I use it twice a week, say Tuesdays and Friday. Initially, I was using this product daily and got some breakouts. That is when I switched to twice weekly. Since then it has been working beautifully for me! The USP of this ubtan is it reduces tan. Over a period of time, I have seen the tan go away with regular use. A tub of this ubtan easily lasts me 6-7 months of regular use!
