My Experience with Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum:
This serum comes in a dark green pump bottle. The packaging is hygiene and travels friendly. Since the bottle is dark colored, with a small opening that can be closed; the antioxidants don’t get wasted. I have faced one problem though. By the time ¾ of the bottle is over; the pump stops working. So towards the end, it becomes difficult to take the product out.
The serum is transparent gel-like liquid. It gets absorbed quickly into the skin; almost like water does. I have an oily sensitive skin. Off late, any product that I use breaks me out. I have to be very careful about what I apply on my face. If I don’t moisturize, my skin becomes dry, red and itchy. If I apply too heavy creams, my skin becomes oily and sticky. This serum feels perfect to me. It is moisturizing without being oily.
I would recommend this product, mainly to two kinds of people. If you have very dry skin and need to layer your moisturizers, use this serum first and then apply moisturizer. If you have sensitive oily skin and cannot apply too many products, use this serum for hydration. This one serum is enough. If, however; you have aging /mature skin, this serum must be used with other products.
Positives of Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum:
- Very Hydrating
- Suitable for Oily Skin
- Did not break me out
- Good first step serum
Negatives of Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum:
- More Suitable for specific skin types
- Pump stops working toward the end
Would I repurchase and recommend?
This serum works great for me. I have sensitive blemish prone skin. I use only this and I am good to go. I recommend it to, all the girls with dry skin that needs moisture; or very oily skin that cannot tolerate too many products!
