My experience with MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural
Packaging
It comes in their usual signature style black circular container which is really classy. The compact is enclosed in a plastic cap product is shaped in the form of a dome (creative!)and comes with a mirror. It doesn’t have an applicator brush though.
Colour and texture
The name of the shade is “medium deep” and it is a neutral color. It is a solid mould but actually a powder and applies comfortably on the skin

So, I purchased this mac mineralize skinfinish natural in the shade “medium deep” so that this can be used every day. I basically got this to use alone, not under a foundation or anything since I don’t like using heavy make up on a daily basis because it becomes a pain while removing heavy make up (lazy me!). I have naturally oily skin and hence I use a light moisturizer and apply this with a brush and good to go. Now to its performance – people with acne prone skin, beware, this product might clog your pores if used every day without properly moisturizing your skin or applying something underneath this compact. . Hence, apply a good moisturizer and then use this. Others can use this product easily without any fear. It stays easily for 7 to 8 hours and behaves like a good setting powder and blends easily into the skin. Yes, it is expensive and the quantity is also less, but if used frequently and not regularly, it will last long and this product gives a very beautiful finish to the make up applied and also covers light spots and acne marks too. Also, it doesn’t look cakey and doesn’t feather or show up lines after some hours. In all, this is a good product.

It is lightweight and stays for really long. Ideal to be used on a daily basis, but people with acne prone skin need to be careful as it might aggravate or irritate sensitive skin since it might not allow the skin to breathe.

thank you so much. the thing is, pores clog when you apply too much make up and don’t remove them properly. it is extremely important to double cleanse and tone, else the gunk doesn’t go .
