It does not claim to remove heavy make-up but removes everyday light make-up.

How to use?-

Soak a cotton pad and apply on the whole face. No need to rub.

My experience with Maybelline Micellar Water:

I am usually a CC cream and a light make-up person. So, this is one of the best cleansing product for me. It keeps my skin fresh after removing the make-up.

Also, eye make-up is very smoothly removed. I apply it with the cotton and since it is oil-free, once the make-up is removed, the skin doesn’t feel sticky too. It works well in removing the waterproof make-up too. It does not irritate my skin. It acts as a toner too.

It comes with all the usage and ingredients written clearly over its bottle. The bottle has a small opening that controls the amount of liquid coming out of it.

Yes, Obviously. I got it as a present and I absolutely love it. It takes off the makeup effectively and is exactly what I was looking for.
