Gone are the days when people used to prefer soap. Personally speaking, even I use some soaps only when they have something special or maybe claim to have some therapeutic properties.

Bathing becomes an altogether new experience with foams of soap with loofah and shower gels and there is such a wide variety nowadays to choose from. Jovees products have recently left me quite impressed so I decided to give their shower gels a try as well. The one that I will be reviewing today for you guys is JOVEES MOISTURISING AQUA BODY WASH.

My Experience with Jovees Moisturizing Body Wash Aqua

Packing – The shower gel comes in a tube packing which is inverted and double the size in thickness and length than your normal size face wash. It’s quite easy to place it on the shelf as it doesn’t fall off.

However, one thing that I have observed in both my shower gel tubes from Jovees is that they don’t close firmly at all. A lot of their other products have the same kind of flip cap that closes firmly but this one needs extra efforts to close it shut. I sometimes even have to strike the cap on the wall so that the force would close shut the cap.

Texture and Consistency 

It is in a gel texture and is bubbly if you see in the swatch. It is a lovely blue in color and the gel is quite runny.

Fragrance 

It has a very mild and beautiful fragrance that smells fresh and resembles the smell of perfumes that have an aqua fragrance.

Experience 

Now coming to how this shower gel faired out for me, well before I tell you anything further this shower gel gave me a lovely bathing experience. To begin with, all you need is hardly three to four tiny drops on your loofah and then as you work with it, it gives you a nice amount of foam as you go on lathering. The shower gel smells fresh and the fragrance is not overpowering in any way. However, it does not linger on but this will leave you feeling fresh the entire day. The gel doesn’t only lather well but also cleanses well. Once you are done with the shower the gel will leave your skin quite fresh and also softer with overtime use. It doesn’t even dry out the skin and I guess it shouldn’t considering the kind of ingredients that go into the making of this shower gel.Its packed with all sorts of herbal ingredients like chamomile and calendula flower which improve the skin quality along with just cleansing the skin.Will leave your skin softer and feeling moisturized after use.

• Fragrance doesn’t linger on after bath
• Cap doesn’t shut tightly.

 My Recommendation?

Yes, I would definitely like to repurchase this and also recommend it to all you guys out there. This is a great shower gel at a reasonable price
