My Experience with St Ives Rich Vanilla Body Wash
Packaging
This comes in a semi-opaque white plastic bottle packaging which is quite sturdy, and huge ( which I don’t know is a boon and curse with reference to quantity delivered and travel-friendly Nature). It has a flip cap which shuts perfectly leaving no scope for leakage. Also due to its semi-opaque packaging, you can have an idea of the amount of product left.
Fragrance
This has strong overwhelming vanilla fragrance, which lingers on your body for good 3-4 hours. It truly soothes and indulges the senses. (If you don’t like vanilla fragrances then you need to think twice or what you can do is indulge in different variant of your choice) .
Texture
Its pale white, thick Creamy textured body wash. (More like that of soy milk shampoo of Garnier ultra blends range.) This lathers up really well which works perfectly for me., As it cleanses every nook and cranny of your body. I personally didn’t feel any difficulty in rinsing it off. But do not go over the board with the quantity.
My experience
So, I really expected this product to be Nourishing and moisturizing, but what I didn’t expect was it to be foamy. I felt this would give more of dove soap feels to my body, which I certainly was not up for. I am more inclined towards squeaky clean finishes, Now coming to the performance of this body wash, Its perfect blend of jojoba, shea and cocoa butter which instantly restores skins natural radiance and makes it soft and supple. This lathers up well and intensely cleanses skin without stripping off its natural oil. Moreover, this doesn’t clog pores, It is hypoallergenic in nature which makes it suitable for all skin types. Even in winters, this works well for my dry skin. Just make sure after a shower you moisturize skin well. Otherwise, your skin might feel stretchy which you obviously don’t want. If you have oily skin then on lazy days you can totally skip moisturizer. Another thing which I have noticed is if you go on to using more product than required then rinsing it off becomes a task. So ladies make sure after 1 or 2 washes you get an idea of the amount required. For me, it is double the coin size. Overall I am going gaga over this product. I also use this one as my hand wash as it not- drying.
Ps: Don’t use it as a shampoo, this contains sulfates.

Will I recommend or repurchase?
Yes, I will recommend this body wash to all the beautiful ladies out there. For me this product is a total hit ! especially during winters when we indulge in long hot showers, our skin needs something extremely nourishing, considering so this one is a quite a pick! Previously I was on pears body wash and I can totally feel the difference. Also, it is suitable for every skin type and is Great value for money. Having said that I would love to try more variants from St. Ives. Not really repurchasing it.
