Two years ago, I had purchased the entire range of body shop blushers. I have already reviewed the shade guava here. Today I am reviewing the Bodyshop all in one blusher ginger.  These days I am looking out for lighter day wear shades that are not bold and not matte or too dull for me either, this is when I remembered this color. Can this be your beginner buy? Check out!

What is it and who is it for?

A powdery natural peach shimmer blush, apt for day wear and night wear, beginners and pro at blush users. Mainly suitable for lighter skin tones to be visible.

My Experience with The Body Shop All in Blusher Ginger 02:

This is a powdery and matte textured blush overall, the surprise element here is that this has golden shimmer. This shimmer size is medium, well, you will need to take a closer look at the skin to see it, but it is golden for sure

The shimmer is subtle enough even for my pores. I can wear it with confidence. I have normal to oily skin, and my tone is slightly on the pinker reddish undertone side, hence this turns out looking very natural and peachy on me.

In case of deeper skin tones, this will show up as a highlighter or lighter than skin color, so you could skip this one,

The sad part about this blusher is that it barely lasts on me for two hours, and then it vanishes, so do not expect any staining effect from this one.

• The blusher is a good subtle peach for lighter skin
• The shimmer is subtle too
• Good for lighter day wear
• Beginners can never go OTT with this one

Negatives of The Body Shop All in Blusher Ginger 02:

• Will not show up on deeper skin
• Shimmer could be a put off on such a lovely shade
• Barely lasts two hours
• Some may find it more powdery than needed

Overall Would I repurchase and recommend?

No there is nothing to glorify here, especially the staying power is disappointing.
