Ustrasana is also known as camel pose. In this arena, the upper body gets all way back and your hands will touch your feet from the back. Keep your body straight from chest to waist.
This asana helps to stretch your thigh muscle and it also helps in reducing belly fat.
3. Baddha Konasana

Baddha konasana is also known as Butterfly pose. In this asana, you have to sit straight and fold your knees and take your feet in the center and hold it with hands. Now, push your knees down to the floor as much as you can and then release.
This asana helps to open up your hips and thighs and make your inner thighs toned and stretched.
4. Setu Bandhasana

Setu Bandhasana is also known as Bridge pose. In this asana, you have to lie on your back, lift your hips up and make your legs straight. Hold your legs to get a support for the lifted hips. Stretch your hips for few seconds and release.
This asana helps your hip muscle to get stretched and increase the circulation of blood.
5. Navasana

Navasana is also known as Boat Pose. In this aasnayoga for hips, the body weight is on your hips and the upper body and legs are stretched out and the body forms a boat-shaped pose.
This asana helps the thigh muscle and arms to stretch out and is also benefited to reduce belly fat.
