My Experience with Lotus Herbals Safe Sun Skin Lightening Anti-tan Sunblock SPF 30
This is my all time favorite sunscreen lotion. I have repurchased this a ton of times I guess. It is nongreasy and provides instant fairness. But this fades out. I love the consistency, initially, it might feel a little oily but it gets absorbed really nicely and looks nice and even on the skin. I’ve tried a lot of sunscreens but this has never proved me wrong. My skin doesn’t tan like before now. However, I don’t think that this lotion has any anti-tan feature. I have seen my tan fading at a normal rate and not that this speeds up the process. But other than that I love this product because it doesn’t feel heavy on the skin and also didn’t aggravate my acne problem, unlike most lotions.
- Sinks in quickly and nicely into the skin.
- Decent amount of product is available.
- Doesn’t worsen the acne situation.
- The packaging is horrible. It squirts out a horrible amount of product sometimes and creates a huge mess.
- As soon as you apply, it might look too white for people who are slightly on the darker side.
- Lightens the skin only for some time and then goes back to looking normal.
- Not so easily available. Best bought from online shopping sites.
Overall would I Repurchase and Recommend?
Yes, I definitely would and as mentioned I have repurchased it a lot of times. It works really well for me. But for the people who are more exposed to the sunlight, I would recommend a sunscreen with more SPF, at least an SPF of 50. So concluding, for the people who can work out the problem with the packaging and who are not constantly exposed to the sunlight, this is probably the best sunscreen out there.
