Hello ladies! As women of color it is really hard for us all to find a foundation that perfectly matches you. Even many local Indian brands fails to cater products for deeper skin tones, they usually have 3-4 shades and expect them to match everyone. I have never found a foundation that would match me perfectly without making my skin look ashy which a lot of foundation did. I personally never use to wear foundation before but after I found the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation, I seriously love using it because of how seamless it feels and looks on my skin. It doesn’t make my face look ashy at all and settles in beautifully while giving a matte finish. This Charlotte Tilbury foundation is definitely worth trying if you are looking to splurge a little on some luxurious make up product. You can also read the review of Chanel Foundation HERE .

My Experience with Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation
- PACKAGING: The product comes in a glass bottle with pump application which is easy and hygienic. It has a rose gold cap which is so beautiful; I’m a sucker for rose gold color. You can get out most of the product out as you can also unscrew the bottle and re use it.
- SMELL: It has a funny smell though it doesn’t affect the foundation or anything as such. You can’t smell it on your face.
- WEARIBILITY: As a matte finish foundation it lasts quite long on your face without needing touch ups (for me). It stays put on the skin beautifully and makes it look part of your skin.
Overall performance of Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation
I am highly satisfied with the product’s performance as it does do magic on face since it is so seamless and light weight and brightens your whole face without making it look cakey. I kind of guessed my color as I got it online and luckily it looks just fine and isn’t too dark or light for me.
Would I recommend it or repurchase?
I would definitely recommend this to all of you if you are unable to find a foundation that looks good on you or if you are looking to explore. It is a bit pricey but it is worth all that money. I would repurchase when I finish this one.
