Forest Essentials Rose Water Toner Review

Forest Essentials Rose Water Toner Review: Why is it that our skin needs a toner? Well for two reasons primarily, depending on what is your skin type AFTER you wash your face. If it’s an astringent toner, it removes the face mask/ pollution dirt and oil residues. Such toners are basically aiming at cleaning the pores and so-called shrinking them, by taking most of the gunk out.The second category of toners is humectants toners. They seek to provide the first dose of nourishment and moisture that needs to be trapped in the skin between serum layers. Oh, and these are great for preparing homemade face masks too!

So what toner do you use? Either or both?

My honest opinion?

BOTH.

Use astringent tones when you need to kind of cleanse the face further after face wash. Use a humectants toner when you have dry skin. Mornings generally are the rush periods, just spray on a humectants toner fresh after the bath. In evenings when you come back home from outside, use the astringent toner followed by the humectants toner, to prep your skin.So today, I am reviewing a humectants spray on toner. It’s the Forest Essentials Rose Water Toner.Forest Essentials Facial Toner Pure Rosewater Review 1

My Experience with Forest Essentials Facial Toner Pure Rosewater

This toner comes in a large spray bottle. I love the fact that there is a small facial tonic mist alternative too, that is excellent for travel purposes.

I have been using this toner for the past two years and quite frankly I have no complaints. I usually purchase the smaller bottle and would recommend you guys to do that too. Somehow .since the time between opening the bottle and using it is up to two months, I have no fear of the goodness getting lost. That’s just how I roll, you guys decide what’s more suitable for you 🙂

Forest Essentials Facial Toner Pure Rosewater Review 2

It has a pleasant fragrance of fresh roses. It has never irritated my skin. The skin feels soothed and nice after using it. I do realize that there are cheaper alternatives in the market, but well…I consider this as  a small investment on my skin. There is always a backup of this in my stash. A purely natural and effective product ,that I would recommend you invest in too.

Positives
  1. Natural
  2. Does not irritate skin
  3. Soothes skin
  4. Excellent for dry maturing skin
Negatives
  1. A bit pricey
Overall Would I repurchase and recommend?

Definitely recommended.
