Since lemon juice and honey have a sticky texture, they help out in getting rid of facial ingrown hair.
The Lemon juice works as a cleansing and an exfoliating agent while Honey helps in softening the hair due to its moisturizing properties.
It will also help in avoiding skin irritation and breakout. And because of its bleaching quality, lemon juice will also help lighten your facial skin and hair.
So here you go.
All You’ll need is a medium sized lemon and 4 tablespoons of Honey.
PROCEDURE:
In a bowl squash the lemon and mix the lemon juice with the moderate amount of honey. Wait for another 2 to 5 minutes and let the mask be at rest.
Before applying the mask make sure your face is cleansed thoroughly and no trace of water or soap or any cream is left behind. Though your face must be moist and clean all together.
Start applying the mask on your face, starting from your forehead and then your cheeks, under your nose, over your nose, the chin and all the necessary areas .Then leave it on for about 15 to 20 minutes. Women generally don’t like hair being on their upper lips as well as their chin.
When you’re done, gently remove the mask with a facial wipe soaked in lukewarm water. Do not rub it off harshly or else you’ll end up having irritation all over your face. Be gentle since it’s your face, not a stone.
Do this for at least two times a week for a minimum of two months and you’ll see the change gradually.
Be patient and be calm. You’ll slowly see the result coming out. It’s a home remedy and not magic. Naturally made things are not accompanied by any chemical and take time but when they’re done, the effects and results are surely satisfying.
