Home Remedies for Cracked Heels

Vaseline – Lemon Juice Remedy

Ingredients

1. Vaseline – 1 teaspoon
2. Lemon juice – 5 to 6 drops

Procedure

1. Take a tub full of lukewarm water.
2. Soak your feet for 20 minutes in the water.
3. Now remove your feet from the water and pat dry your feet.
4. Now take a bowl and mix Vaseline and lemon juice in it.
5. Now apply this mixture on the feet especially the heels.
6. Wear socks and leave it overnight.
7. Wash your feet with warm water the next morning.
8. Do it regularly before going to bed.

Aloe Vera Gel Remedy

Ingredients

1. Aloe Vera gel – 2 teaspoon
2. Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon

Procedure

1. Soak your feet for 15 minutes in a tub full of warm water.
2. After that pat dry your feet.
3. Take a bowl and mix aloe Vera gel and coconut oil in it.
4. Apply this mixture on the cracked heels.
5. Wear socks and leave it on for overnight.
6. Repeat this every night.

Tea Tree Oil Remedy

Ingredients

1. Coconut oil – 1 tablespoon
2. Tea tree oil – 3 to 4 drops

Procedure

1. Take a bowl and mix both coconut and tea tree oil in it.
2. Apply it on your feet and massage for few minutes.
3. Wear socks and leave it overnight.
4. Do this every night before going to bed.

Epsom Salt Remedy

Ingredients

1. Epsom salt – 1 tablespoon
2. Lemon juice – ½ cup
3. Rosewater – 2 teaspoon
4. Glycerine – 2 tablespoon

Procedure

1. Take a tub and fill it with warm water.
2. Add Epsom salt, lemon juice, glycerine, and rose water to it.
3. Stir the water to dissolve all the ingredients in the water.
4. Soak your feet for about 15-20 minutes in the tub.
5. Scrub your feet especially the heels with a pumice stone to remove the dead tissue.
6. Now take a bowl and mix 1 teaspoon glycerine and 1 teaspoon rosewater in it.
7. Apply this mixture on your feet.
8. Wear socks and leave it overnight.
9. Wash it off with lukewarm water the next morning.
