Home Remedies For Menstrual Cramps: That time of the month when a perfectly cute woman transforms into Satan’s own child.

Chumming??

Thanks, mother nature.

But the real pain is the one which is uncalled for- yes the menstrual cramps and vein popping pain is what I’m talking about today.

As if the god gifted Niagara Falls weren’t enough we had to deal with this constant crazy pain too?

Instead of going for all the drugs available in the market let’s give these home remedies a try!

# Apple Cider Vinegar

Recommended by doctors this is one of the most effective and time-tested remedies.

All you need to do is mix 1/3 part of vinegar with 3 parts of water.

Drink this daily during your chums.

However, it is best to start drinking it two days before the cycle starts.

# Heat

The simplest method of all.

Giving heat works instantly. Suffering from cramps??

Keep a hot water bottle on your lower abdomen and see how the warmth helps ease the pain.

# Hydrated

Drinking water is also one of the key factors to avoid cramps and provide relief.

You are likely to feel much more comfortable if your Body is hydrated especially during your cycle.

# Milk

If you like to drink milk it’s better to consume at least two glasses of milk to help with the pain.

If you aren’t into milk then it’s best to stick to one glass or have a go at some calcium tablets.

# Fenugreek

These seeds not only help in controlling the flow but also ease out the painful experience.

Soak tablespoon fenugreek seeds overnight and drink up its water in the morning empty stomach.

Papayas and carrots also help one go a long way during our ‘days’.

Chocolate brings a natural mood upliftment and green tea takes away the stress and calms you out.

Do all that you can to relieve yourself during those ‘days’?

Your body needs all your attention 🙂

Awesome review. I had it too. But I started taking codliver oil capsules once every two days and working out (cardio, yoga, strength training. Etc)..My cramps have actually reduced to a very great extent.
