Today I will be reviewing Lakme Lip Love Grape Lip Balm flavored tinted lip balm. There are 12 shades available in different flavors and shades, and they are amazing.

How to use:

1. Step 1: Twist up the stick so that the dual-core balm is visible.
2. Step 2: Use one hand to start at the corner of your bottom lip, and work your way to the other side.
3. Step 3: Repeat the same for your upper lip as well.
4. Step 4: Apply evenly and liberally as often as needed.

 

My experience with Lakmè Lip Love Grape Lip Balm

The Lakme Lip Love Grape lip balm is a startling and one of my favorite lip balms of all.  The shade is purple and has a mild fruity fragrance. It’s really moisturizing and perfectly pigmented. I think that is because of the dual core it has. In the inner core is this plain balm, which gives deep nourishment and the outer core has the tinted properties. This balm also has SPF 15, which is why I apply it on regular basis; it is one of the important things I look for before buying a lip care product.

I frequently exfoliate my lips to remove the dead skin and the flaking so the application of the product is smooth and clean. I also use it over when I top my lips with a lip liner and feel a bit dry. It gives a different shade when used that way depending on the lip liners color it is been merged with. It really gives a beautiful effect and feels lighter than lipsticks. It also stays for approximately 3 hours and might need a retouch.

About the packing it comes with a purple stick displaying the shade on its body and the lid is transparent. To use it just twist up and down. The only thing is the piece I have is really loose, so it not travel-friendly as the cap keeps slipping off.

Would I recommend?

I like the shade, pigmentation and it really moisturizes. I will definitely buy it again and would surely recommend it, everybody, as it is really affordable.
