Hello Ladies!It’s been long since I last reviewed a lipstick.So I thought I’d talk about one today.Lipstick is something that has a permanent place in our handbags whether we are off to work or a trip around the world.  Makeup without a lipstick is incomplete. And therefore, you need to match the shade of your lipstick not only with your outfit but also with the kind of makeup look you intend to go for, whether it’s natural or a glamorous one!Today I’ll be reviewing the Maybelline Superstay Lipstick Keep Me Coral which has been my regular wear lipstick for quite some time now.So let’s get right to the review of this Maybelline 14 hour Lipstick!

Basic Info About Maybelline Superstay Lipstick Keep Me Coral

Maybelline Superstay 14Hr lipstick is an exclusive matte, multitasking formula which locks in the color and provides comfortable wear for a beautiful pout that lasts. The high-coverage pigments distribute intense color and are mixed with a setting agent that acts as a base for the lips.

It has an ultra-thin texture which feels light and the waterproof formula makes it refreshingly smudge proof. The alcohol-free, wax free and fragrance-free formula is safe to use and ideal for all skin types and is available in 15 different shades.

My Experience with the Maybelline Superstay 14Hr Lipstick: Keep Me Coral

Packaging

The lipstick comes in a cylindrically shaped tube. The cap is white in color over a transparent base through which the shade is visible. For an application, the lipstick needs to be rolled out anticlockwise. The packaging is sturdy and travels friendly.

Texture

This lipstick feels light on the lips. It has a creamy texture and therefore can be applied on the lips smoothly. It has a shiny and glossy appearance and starts fading out evenly after about five to six hours.

Pigmentation

Keep Me Coral is highly pigmented and just one swipe brings out its real color.

Fragrance

This lipstick has a fragrance that reminds me of vanilla ice cream! I personally love it. But it has no taste.

Effects

I personally love this lipstick. This is my everyday shade because while on one hand, it is eye-catching, on the other hand, it gives a natural look to my face. The best thing about the lipstick is that there is no transference. That is a big plus for me. And not to forget the fact that it doesn’t bleed. Another plus! Also, this shade goes with all kinds of outfits which honestly, makes life much easier!

But the claim that it lasts for 14 hours is most definitely untrue. When I wear this all throughout the day, I need to reapply it a couple of times. But for me, that isn’t a big issue. But this might be an issue for others.
