My experience with the Miss Claire Eye shadow 0146
Packaging
So, I really like Miss Claire eye shadow packaging even though it’s really simple. The product comes in a round container which is black and the cover has a transparent top to it, which allows you to see the exact shade of the product.
Shade
So, when you see the shade, it’s a peach like color. Even when you swatch it on your hand, it had a peach tint to it. Unfortunately though, when applied on the eyelids, the same shade doesn’t show through. It looks more like a shade of gold with just a hint of peach when you look really close.
Suitability
I feel like this particular shade might work better for lighter skin tones and will show the exact shade. On my medium tone, it doesn’t show so well.
Staying Power
Sometimes, when I use any eye shadow and the weather isn’t great, the product starts creasing a bit on my lids and eventually fades off. But with this, that didn’t happen. It stayed in place till I used a remover to get off all my makeup. In fact, I even rubbed on my lids but everything stayed in place.
Waterproof
I’m really impressed with this. This eye shadow is completely waterproof. I used water to rinse my face, but nothing came off!!
Affordability
I’d say it’s fairly priced. It’s not expensive at all.

Would I repurchase? No. The only reason is that this particular shade didn’t work for me. Would I recommend? For sure. If your skin tone is on the lighter side, I’d say go for it. It could look really pretty.
