Revlon Colorstay Creme Eyeshadow: Hello all. Today I will be giving my first impression on the newly launched Revlon crème eyeshadow and my experience with it.

 

What is it?

Revlon presents luxurious, long wear crème eyeshadow with a pro-inspired built-in brush designed for easy, mess-free application. It wears up to 24 hours without feathering. It blends easily and doesn’t settle into fine lines and it is not required to use an eye shadow primer before application of this product.

My experience with Revlon Colorstay Crème Eyeshadow

Packaging

The packaging is pretty handy. The applicator is attached to the cap and the cap is black in color. On the other side, the container is clear glass and reveals the color and the name of the color.

It comes in 11 different shades that can be used in any and all kinds of occasions. There are golds, nudes, silvers, and greyish-black.

How to use

It comes with an in-built applicator brush. Use the brush or your fingers and swipe the product and apply your eyelid and blend.

Fragrance

It doesn’t have any kinds of fragrance

My first impression

I went to one of the Revlon stores and enquired them about the new launches and they excitedly told me that Revlon has newly launched colorstay crème eyeshadows that stay for long. My next question was how long. They said it stays for more than 16 hours by which I was pretty impressed. I asked them to show the shades and they showed me 12 really pretty unique shades. One of the shades looked like a greyish-black shade and I immediately wanted to try this. This shade spread like velvet and it was easy to blend this. After about 6 hours, I just saw in the mirror and to my surprise, the shade hadn’t budged, there was no feathering or bleeding, which I was very impressed with. It didn’t settle into fine lines even though I have oily eyelids. But one thing, I just rubbed my eyes and very little of the eyeshadow was transferred to my hands but this didn’t really affect the shade on my eyelids. In all, this is a pretty good product and can be used as an eyeliner(kohl) as well. Some of the shades are light and can be used to highlight the cheekbones and the arch of the eyebrows.

Would I purchase or recommend?

I am pretty impressed with this product and I am definitely purchasing this since this will serve as an eyeshadow as well as an eyeliner, and recommend it to people who want a good eyeshadow cum eyeliner that stays really long.
