Weight Gain Diet: Here we are… in a world, where there are so many problems in everyone’s life. Some people are over-weight some are under-weight. But when it comes to the under-weight people, they are often advised to eat properly. But eating anything and everything is never really good for gaining weight. So, today I am going to tell you all about the most effective and healthy diet plan for gaining weight.
Here is the diet chart you need to follow to get that body you dream of:
Morning diet-
Prepare a milkshake using 2 Bananas, 5-6 almonds, and skimmed milk. This is a protein rich diet which contains around 380 calories. A healthy breakfast to go along with it that might include sprouts dosa or Paranthas with vegetables, or peanut butter or 2 eggs as well as a handful of groundnuts would be great. This makes up around 900 to 1000 calories.
Lunch diet-
A regular Indian lunch is what one needs here. That includes 2 chapattis with ghee (clarified butter), pulses, vegetables or chicken curry, salad and curd. This would contain 600 to 800 calories.
Evening diet-
Fast food is not a good option. Go for lassi, dry-fruit chikki, coffee with ice-cream. This would add 500 calories more.
Dinner-
Dinner should include brown rice, paneer or chicken or fish, curd and banana milkshake without almonds. This would add 780 to 900 calories.
The last but most important thing you need to do is WORKOUT or YOGA and get a quality sleep. Because only following the diet chart won’t give the effective result. And getting a perfect body should not be done in the rabbit’s way but in the tortoise way. Getting a perfect body is a slow process. So Eat.Workout.Sleep.Repeat.

Such well written article. ?? Its good tht u have mentioned a diet with everyday food items and dishes. Eating anything and everything is also not the right approach.
Plus u are right that working out is equally important.
Thank you Shivani
