Packaging:

The product comes in a 1l plastic bottle with yellow paper wrapped around it. Information about the product is written and the picture of the woman is drawn on the paper. It also has a yellow cap. The packaging isn’t very sturdy and looks cheap.

Texture:

It is a yellow-colored liquid shampoo. It is runny but still, it has a little thick consistency. It does not feel oily or sticky.

Fragrance:

It has a floral fragrance that feels quite refreshing and pleasing.

How to use:

Apply a generous amount on damp hair. Massage it onto hair for 2 to 3 minutes. Leave the shampoo on hair for 5 to 10 minutes, and rinse off with cold water.

Effectiveness:

The shampoo does exactly what it claims. It lathers onto hair smoothly and hair feels soft smooth and bouncy after every use. It gives shine and volume to hair.

Ease of application:

The application is effortless the product gets absorbed into the hair and forms a generous foam. It leaves hair conditioned with a refreshing floral fragrance.

Staying Power:

The effect of shampoo stays on for 2 to 3 days depending upon the nature of the hair.

My Experience:

Personally, I quite like this product. I have been using this for the past 4 months and it has changed my life in the better way. All my frizz is gone and hair feels soft and smooth. It has surely improved the texture of my hair.

My experience

As I was really experiencing a severe dry hair problem along with a good amount of hair fall, I changed my brand and switched to this product and it has really yielded good results. I would advise everyone to apply the product after massaging your hair with a little amount of oil, as the product works best and cleans all the dirt after they have oiled their hair. After shampooing and cleaning with a dry towel, it gives the hair a natural shine, a bouncy look, along with giving the hair a proper volume while feeding it with the required nourishment! I have been using it for a long time now and I would recommend everybody to use this product.

Hair masque or conditioner is not to be applied on the scalp. They separate the hair strands from each other in order to make it frizz-free, and when applied to the scalp can cause hair fall.

My Experience with L’Oreal X Tenso Hair Mask

The masque has a thick texture. That makes it difficult, in the consistently application of the product throughout the hair length.

A small amount of it is enough for one-time use. The immediate result of the mask is great. It gives the hair a gorgeously shiny and straight appearance. It also turns your hair very soft. It does a fab job of giving hair good volume.

Still, for the price, the product is not that great.

The hair gets tangled within 4-5 hrs. Its effect doesn’t even stay for a day. Hair is back to its poor, tangled, and dry condition. The shine vanishes soon along with the temporary straightening effect that it has.

It has a nice creamy fragrance that stays for a day or two unless you have a very oily and sweaty scalp.

Aloe Vera Remedy

Ingredients

Aloe Vera gel – ½ bowl
Virgin Coconut oil – 3 to 4 teaspoon

Procedure

Take Aloe Vera gel and coconut oil.
Blend both these ingredients to obtain a smooth paste.
Apply this paste on your scalp.
Apply the remaining paste on the hair strands extending from root to tip.
Massage the paste on the scalp for 15 – 20 minutes straight.
Leave it on for another 2 hours.
Wash your hair using a mild shampoo.
Repeat it twice a week.

Fenugreek Seed Remedy

Ingredients

Fenugreek seeds – 3 tablespoon
Egg white – 1 egg
Yogurt – 4 tablespoon

Procedure

Take a bowl and soak fenugreek seeds in water for 8 – 10 hours.
After that blend the seeds to obtain a smooth paste.
Now add yogurt and egg white to the blender and blend all the ingredients together.
Apply this mixture on your scalp and hair strands.
Leave it on for 1 – 2 hours.
Then wash off thoroughly.
Repeat this procedure twice a week.

Egg White Remedy

Ingredients

Egg white – 2 eggs
Olive oil – 3 teaspoon

Procedure

Take a bowl and collect egg white from 2 eggs in it.
Whisk the egg white properly.
Now add olive oil to the bowl.
Beat the ingredients to obtain a paste.
Apply this paste on the scalp and hair strands.
Leave it on for 30 minutes.
Rinse with cool water using a mild shampoo.
Repeat it twice a week.

The oil comes in a white opaque bottle with a screw cap which has a small hole in it. The whole sticker and packing is of white color. All the description along with ingredients is written on it. Overall the packaging is decent.

Colour and Texture:

The color is transparent and consistency is the same as other regular oils.

Fragrance:

It has strong coconut and chocolate essence smell which is a little bit overpowering but goes away after the wash.

Experience:

I personally loved the product as it helped me in getting smooth hair after wash. Also, I noticed less breakage of hair. If applied for overnight it moisturizes your hair and gives them a bouncy look. Another plus point of this coconut oil is it does not solidify in winters like other coconut oil.

So in terms of packaging, the brand has done a fair enough job. The shampoo comes in a transparent plastic bottle, which allows you to see the product and the cover of it is in green. The bottle has all details mentioned on it…from ingredients to manufacturing details to pricing, it’s all there. Also, because it’s plastic, it extremely travels friendly.

Fragrance

If you’ve been reading my reviews, you know that I love hair products that have a good fragrance to it. And if it lingers on, then even better. This shampoo has a lovely fragrance but unfortunately, it doesn’t stay on.

Texture & Consistency

Like all shampoo’s, this one too is of smooth texture. The consistency though is a little more liquid as compared to most other shampoos. That’s no problem though, it spreads through and lathers well.

Effectiveness

So I’m going to be very honest here, I’ve been reading a lot of great reviews about Biotique and since I had never really tried any of their products properly, I decided to get the shampoo. My hair usually tends to fall really flat and so this fit in well. Now, did it really work in terms of adding that volume? Not at all. So I was disappointed with that. Also, since its ayurvedic and not really a cosmetic product, it does tend to leave your hair a little dry so conditioning well after is extremely important.

What I do love about this is that it’s all natural ingredients and its not animal tested. So a lot of points just for that.

Packaging

The product comes in a purple squeeze tube with a red cover. Very unusual combination but it looks fine, so it works. The tube has a lot of details mentioned on it in silver. The front just has the name mentioned, the back has ingredients and a whole lot of other details mentioned.

Texture & Consistency

The texture of the cream is very smooth and glides onto the hair easily. The consistency of it is quite thick like most other styling creams.

Application

Application is rather easy. I usually use it on my clients when the hair is slightly damp. You take a small amount of it in your palm and scrunch it into the hair. Always start it little and then add on.

Fragrance

I love the fragrance of this one, it’s amazing. And the best thing, it lingers on for a while.

Affordability

If you ask me, I think the pricing is fair enough because it does a good job and quality is great. But, a lot of clients do feel it’s a tad bit pricey.

Effectiveness

So I don’t have curls but this is one product that I always recommend to my curly haired clients. It works beautifully if you want to enhance your natural curls. Only thing that I noticed is that it does add a tad bit of stiffness to the hair.

I came across the Schwarzkopf hair masque online. Since I have honey- colored streaks on my hair, I required advanced hair care. This product did wonders to maintain the goodness of my hair quality.

It has a conditioner-cum-masque property which gives volume and smoothness to the hair tips.

It also reduced roughness.

Ease of Application

The product is easy to apply. It stays intact without dripping down like fluids.

White colored short tumbler of 6 cm length, with a dark pink round cap. The product is filled up till the lid.

Texture

Pinkish- white material with a creamy and soft texture.

Fragrance

Has a strong and sweet berry-like fragrance that stays for hours after washing.

The Schwarzkopf company deals with spa-like remedies for hair. Their products are quality and quantity verified. This price seems fair enough instead of spending more money and hours in saloons.
