NYX Auto Lip Pencil Mahogany Review

Who is it for? NYX Auto Lip Pencil Mahogany is basically a lip liner but you can choose to wear it as a lipstick as well. I know I do. This rich mahogany shade is a very chocolaty shade of brown which suits the Indian complexion marvelously. I myself have also used to pencil as not just a lip liner but also an eyeliner. Nothing wrong with that.

How to use:

It’s extremely simple. Like any other retractable pencil, you just need to line your lips with it and then fill in with a lipstick of your choice. I usually fill in with the pencil itself. But it’s all up to you. The texture is creamy and glides on smooth as butter.

My Experience with NYX Auto Lip Pencil Mahogany:

Texture: Creamy on application but dries out the lips a bit.

Staying Power :  I had to keep on filling my lips every couple of hours. My only complaint is that in this hot Indian weather, the pencil seemed to melt. And with just a little amount of pressure, it cracked. That left me devastated.

Color: A beautiful plummy brown
