My Experience with EDGE: Pune Freshery Co 1 Day Cleanse

1. I received the cleaner trial pack sharp 8 in the morning as promised. The pack consisted of 6 300ml bottles and 6 125 ml bottles.Also included was 2 125 ml of Nutmilk. There were 5 kinds of juices – Sacred, Upbeet, Melonaire, Evergreen, Upspring and a cashew almond Nutmilk.

2. I started around 9 am with Sacred and Upbeet

3. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste. It was yummy especially Upbeet which I wasn’t really expecting to like since I hate beets

4. Followed directions in the PDF for rest of the cleanse. They provide an instruction sheet for the cleanse so that you know EXACTLY what to do. I find that to be a very sensible touch!

5. Another favorite turned out to be the Nutmilk which had slight undertones of Cinnamon

6. The green juices Upspring and Evergreen were good too with kaffir lime and lemon cutting across the green undertones and making it all the more delicious

7. The juices are quite filling and I did not really feel hungry. That is the best part. I was actually dreading the juice cleanse, but it turned out great. I was not hungry or grumpy.

8. Felt so refreshed and light at the end of cleansing, this will become a weekly ritual for me!
